Hebrew/Greek Letter Popup...

Hello,
I would like to see a popup that occurs next to the mouse curser when hovering a single Hebrew or Greek letter that shows the original version (ancient) of that letter (if possible), as well as the progressive forms of the letter all the way up to the letter we are hovering. This could be a feature in program settings that can be turned off.
Thanks.

I'm not sure how they would differentiate between hovering over a letter or over a word and providing the current information. Either way there is a chart at the beginning of Gesenius' grammar I think which does follow the progression you suggest.
I'm not at my Windows computer so I can't look it up; but you might want to check out that chart.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

Ah, I found it on library.logos.com (Or biblia.com). If you have a Gesenius license you can view it here:
http://library.logos.com/article/LLS%2446.20.10?ArticleId=FRONT.6&contentType=html
It's called the "Table of alphabets". Quite a fascinating table.

Thomas, thank you very much for sharing that Gesenius info.............. I haven't looked at that for several years, at least, and it was very pleasant and helpful to review that table again!

For those who would like to go to Gesenius directly:

Hello,
My goal was to introduce the idea of ideograms to Logos and suggest a way to incorporate them for ease of access.
Thank You.0 -
