What is the proper rule for all your dictionaries? Thanks
there are a few examples here
Depends what you want, of course, but here's a collection I call DICTIONARIES (English).
(type:(dictionary,encyclop) OR title:dictionary) ANDNOT (title:(Lexicon,Greek,Hebrew,Aramaic,Coptic,Cascadia,"Tense","Alten","Quotations") OR type:media)
That may be more pedantic than it needs to be as Logos has improved the metadata since I developed it, but that's often what I use when I want to search something.
The other tip is that a times you may want to change All Text in the Search screen, so you only search Large Text, Heading Text. That gives you articles rather than just a surface text reference.
Wiki also has Encyclopedias collection => http://wiki.logos.com/Example_Collections#Encyclopedias
Appears Bible "Dictionaries" are type:Encyclopedia. Note: sorting my Library by type shows all my Encyclopedias are English:
