Notes jumbled and quadruplicated & now missing books from library

I have L4 on my Mac and my PC.  On my Mac, my notes now have the compact option (good), can color code (good) but am having the problem with notes being dupl/tripl/quadruplicated and jumbled in sequence now.  I also am now missing over 130 books from my library...suddenly.  Anyone else notice such things?

This sounds like a major corruption issue of some of the back office files. I would make the call to Tech Support when they return - don't forget that if you are not in the US that Skype provides an inexpensive means of communication.
