Need fix for this error

I get this when I try to install the latest download on  Windows 7.

    I get this when I try to install the latest downloadimageimage on  Windows 7.

    We've seen this problem when Logos 4 was initially installed using elevated permissions (which isn't supposed to happen, and we're not sure why it's occurring for some people). You can work around it by downloading http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LDLS4Installer/Logos4Setup.exe to your desktop, then right-clicking and choosing Run as Administrator. (Unfortunately, all future automatic updates will require this workaround, so we're still looking into this problem.)
