Let me set where Logos 'wakes up'

The Logos Beta App works great and quick on my Samsung Galaxy S running Android 2. Here are a cople of suggestions.

1. On the Home page, let me set where Logos 'wakes up'. It currently wakes up on the Home page. I would like to tel it to wake up on the last Bible text I was reading.

2. Scrolling of Bible text is horizontal. Scrolling of Passage Guide and Word Study is vertical. I prefer vertical for all. The horizontal scroll means that there is not a continuous transition of the text.

3. I have not been able to figure out how to select a word in the Bible text or any other place.

4. Have not been able to figure out how to search for a word or phrase.

5. Passage guide 'wakes up' at Genesis 1, not at the passage I was reading.

6. I have not found a daily Bible reading plan.

Again, it is working great! Thanks and praying for you in the continued development.

I'd also like an option to open to the Home Page or last reading  -- I avoid the Home Page in L4!

    2. Scrolling of Bible text is horizontal. Scrolling of Passage Guide and Word Study is vertical. I prefer vertical for all. The horizontal scroll means that there is not a continuous transition of the text.

It would also reduce the chance of accidentally scrolling when trying to access a footnote near the edge

    3. I have not been able to figure out how to select a word in the Bible text or any other place.

There isn't an action for a selected word e.g. highlighting, apart from a long press to get Word Study.

    4. Have not been able to figure out how to search for a word or phrase.

    6. I have not found a daily Bible reading plan.

Word selection, Reading Plans, Searching and highlighting are not yet supported. The full list of planned and currently-implemented features can be found here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/34373.aspx

    5. Passage guide 'wakes up' at Genesis 1, not at the passage I was reading.

If you update to Beta 11, you should also have an "Action" menu accessed from the Reading View. Selecting Action > Passage Guide should access the Passage Guide with the current reference as the selected passage.
