Notes References Disappear

I am a new Logos users, so maybe this isn't a bug, but it seems to be...

I am using version 4.3 SR-2 (4.30.0.1572) for Mac

I am able to create a Bible reference note (with the reference in the "Title") I then created a URL link to a reference in the "content" section and was able to jump to the correct location in the reference.  When I close the Notes file the Bible reference is OK, but the link to the reference is lost.  Text that I have added is not lost.

If I create a note not directly linked to a text I am able to manually create a URL link to the Bible text and a URL link to the reference in the "content" section that does not get lost.

Is this the correct place to post this issue?  Should I report this to Tech Support?
