This was downloaded last night and in reviewing it I notice only 3 volumes not 4. Am I missing something?

Just scanned this and it looks like the simple explanation is that there are 3 books that span 4 volumes. You can get to the start of each volume by entering volume n, page 1 in the resources navigation box.
Graham's right; Its wonderfully confusing, but if you look at the first sample page of each book on the product description you can see where each book begins as well.
What we received was 1 Logos resource of 4 volumes presented in 3 Books.
