Bug? PB and note file

I have many notes created by highlighting a Bible text and adding a note based on the selection, which puts an icon only in the specific resource I was using. When I tried to copy and paste the contents of the notes into a Word docx and then compile into a PB it included the small icon in the PB. I have tried looking at hidden text, saving as an RTF and as plain text before moving it to Word, and only copying portions of the note, but nothing I can find removes the annotation icon. Can anyone reproduce the problem? Any other suggestions to not have the icon show up in the PB? This only happens with notes created from Bible passages.

Leigh,
I may not be understanding your issue precisely.
It sounds like you're compiling PB's from Bible verses and they are also showing the little yellow squares that indicate notes.
From that description I believe I know what is happening, and it's potential "cure".
If you're copying the text out of a Bible, I believe the PB source is getting some kind of a milestone tag that marks that verse. (e.g. You copy romans 6:11 and paste it into a docx and then compile it; that Romans 6:11 is milestoned as a Romans 6:11 Bible reference.)
If that is what is happening, than the program is behaving as expected. to get rid of the notes indicator in your final PB, go to the Visual filters button in the resource (three overlaping circles/venn diagram) and uncheck your note files. That should remove the notes displaying.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

I was only copying text from the note file, but turning off the Visual filter for that file seems to have solved the problem. Thank you for your help.
