Bug: Logos 4.3 SR-2 Read Aloud Speed

Logos 4.3 SR-2 Read Aloud speed is always the same, ignores System Preferences setting for speed,

Added to wiki Feature Parity list (after confirming Logos 4.3 SR-2 on Windows does use Control Panel speed setting).

Apologies: not know if Mac Logos 4.3 SR-2 Read Aloud speed is a regression (do remember changing voices needs Logos 4 Mac restart).

Thankful Read Aloud on Mac is usable (using Voice from System Preferences).
