I just installed Scholar Platinum from a disc. Upon opening the program my Library is entirely empty. Anyone know what to do in this situation?
There should be a simple solution. Wait. It takes time for the program to index the resources and they don't show in your library until they are indexed. If they don't appear in a few hours, drop us another note and we'll help you get them usable.
yeah, thats not it.
it appears to finally be working on my 4th reinstall. just for the record, the library is supposed to be visible right away. it just isn't fully searchable until indexed.

Wonder which Logos 4 Mac version ?
Wiki Getting Started with Logos => Installation + Indexing section includes link => Installation and Indexing FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) with section => What is the direct link to Logos 4 installers?

Stable Logos 4.3 SR-2 (4.30.0.1572) was released Wed 24 Aug 2011 (suspect newer than Logos 4 version on disc).
Wiki page => Getting Started with Logos has links to excellent Logos 4 video tutorials plus many Tips.
Keep Smiling [:)]
yes. it seemed that what happened was that it installed the program update before asking me to enter the product key for the disc. after the update there didn't seem to be any way to get the stuff off the disc. i finally found all of the program files to delete so that i could do a clean install, and then it worked.
