How do I create study notes / handouts

To begin with -- I am pretty new at this, so if there is an obvious place to find this answer, or a better plae to post, plase forgive my newness, and please point me in the right direction.
From time to time, I facilitate small group Bible studies. Because my handwriting is illegible (even to me, after a while) and as I like to share my preparation, I like to put my notes in Word Documents. It ought to be really easy to do and manage this with LOGOS4. It feels like there should be workflow, and a description for it, somewhere. (I almost think of Martin Luther's comment as a starting place: "First I shake the whole Apple tree, that the ripest might fall. Then I climb the tree and shake each limb, and then each branch and then each twig, and then I look under each leaf. ")
Thousands of LOGOS users must have faced and solved this problem. Would someone be so kind as to pint me in the right direction?

I actually use One-Note to create my personal study material -
- One notebook per preaching series
- One tab per sermon
- One note for the Bible text (usually with multiple versions and formats)
- Separate notes for each resource
- And sometimes a separate note for an initial sermon outline
Because I use a Tablet PC, I will sometimes add hand written notes to those that I copy from LOGOS.
Finally, I create my preaching/teaching outline and/or handouts in either LibreOffice or MS Word. Actually, I use LibreOffice for my preaching outline because at sometime in the past I created a useful template in ODT for my sermons. I then use MS Word for other kinds of documents (bulletins, handouts, etc.)
It seems to me that there was a thread sometime ago that discussed this issue - if I can find it, I will post a link. Perhaps someone else might know where it is already.

I typically have two sets of notes: one for teaching and another for students. I do them both in Word. My experience with Notes in Logos is... frustrated.
With the advent of PBB, I now add both as personal books. I add files to each personal book (one each for teaching and student) every week.

I use Clippings because you can add selected text from any resource, re-arrange the articles, and add your own notes. They can also be printed.
