Logos Crash

I just recently Upgrade Scholar's Library: Silver (LE) to Scholar's Library: Platinum (KF) [DVD]. When I start Logos the first error message is Logos 4 indexing stop working. Then I receive the message Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working . A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Window will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I'm not an IT person so I am having problems finding solution through the forums. Someone please help me.

For assistance by Logos users, please enable diagnostic logging => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging then repeat Logos 4 crash, followed by compressing Logos Log Files, then replying to this thread and attaching zip file.

Wiki Using the Forums => Adding a picture to a Post section shows attaching a picture (similar steps, choose zip file instead of picture).

The post with crash details is locked, but I'll presume it wasn't intentional!

You should rename C:\Users\Margaret\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\03ptg2c3.ijj\DownloadManager\DownloadManager.db

as it appears to have been corrupted**. Then restart L4 with logging still enabled.

** use Control Panel | Folder Options to enable viewing of hidden files and folders if necessary.

Really do not know how to rename the file but I did lock it the first time. If you are unable to read I will contact the support team tomorrow.

Really do not know how to rename the file

Right click the file in Windows Explorer and select Rename. Change it to DownloadManager.old.
