Sermon File Addin

We've been waiting a long time to get use of the Sermon File Addin with Logos 4 and, according to the website, it was to be released Second Quarter 2011 (after being pushed back quarter after quarter for the last year or two). Many of us want to use this valuable tool again! When can we expect it to be released??

    Tye, I too have been patientli and yes impatiently waiting at times for the Sermon File to be a part of Logos 4... Since PBB was added, I have been using it to import sermons into Logos 4... It works fairly well and would work better if we could choose "Sermon" as a publication type.

    I'd encourage you to give it a try with a sermon or two and see if it helps your needs until the official addin is released.

    Thanks. Yes, I've tried that as well and completely agree that being able to choose adding it as a "sermon" would be helpful. Features I am missing with PBB are fields like keywords, scripture passages, where/when I preached my sermon, etc. Also, I'm not too excited about putting work into adding 100+ sermons (yes, I'm only a young pastor... [:)]) and then get the Sermon File Addin and have to do the work over again. Thanks for your suggestion.
