Mobile App offline

I recently moved to Logos 4 because  of syncronization between my various devices.  There is much that is really good, but I'm struggling with some basic concepts.  I have used Olive Tree for some time on  my Mobile App so admittedly that is one of my reference points and their mobile app is really good but of course has much more limited resources available.  I travel a lot internationally so am turning off my iphone's data roaming because of expense and of course am on a plane a lot, but wanted at least some basic functions offline.

Here is what I can't figure out.  The power of Logos 4 for the mobile app for me at least, comes from two main features, the passage guide and word lookup.  I can't figure out what things need to be downloaded to make these two features work, or if they just don't work at all offline (which would be a real bummer and send me back to Olive tree for offline use). 

I have downloaded for offline use a basic commentary set thinking maybe the passage guide would at least access what was available but says function doesn't work offline.  Is there something else to download or am I just out of luck?

I have downloaded the basic Greek and Hebrew Lexicons that word study seems to go to, but of course word lookup is not functional so that is of little value.

I hope someone can help here because if these two function don't work the mobile app is seriously disabled for much of my use.

There are specific forums for the mobile application - click for iPhone/iPad.

However, PG and other Guides do require you to be online as your downloaded resources are not indexed and require that information from the server + other information is also online.
