When I try to open L4 the homepage hangs. the lower half of the homepage is blank.
Do I need to uninstall L4 and re-install my L4?

Try Shift + F5 to clear the cache and F5 to refresh the Page.
Hi Dave, thanks for responding. Tried what you suggested. Still unable to load the homepage.
Then you should delete the folder \Logos4\Data\userid\HomePage and restart L4 (enable viewing of hidden files and folders if necessary).

If that doesn't work I would re-install --> Quick Reinstall
Hi Dave, sorry to trouble you again, I tried re-install and the L4 homepage came on well.
After that it hangs. I can't open the books from the library.
If this is the same as the original problem then you should get some assistance from Logos Tech Support, as they can get into your computer to check things.
