Steps to reproduce (SR3)
1. Open the NIV (for example).
2. From the menu in the top left, select "Show table of contents"
3. Scroll down to Revelation, expand it and click on chapter 10.
4. Scroll up in the list and click on Acts to expand it.
Acts gets expanded, but you're warped back down to Revelation 10. It seems to be related to having clicked on the chapter. Expanding a couple of books in a row without clicking on a chapter in between doesn't trigger the issue.
