New American Standard (NASB) doesn't have download option

Hi All,

I am really enjoying the Logos Beta.  I have purchased the NASB Bible and it shows up for online viewing on my Android, but does not give me the button to download it to my device.  I have Version 1.0 Beta 11 and have tried it on an HTC Evo and on a Samsung Galaxy S II.  Is it possible to download this resource?

(I tried searching for this in other threads with no success.  I apologize in advance if it is covered elsewhere.)

Thanks!

I am unable to reproduce that issue (I am able to download the NASB just fine). The first thing to try will be deleting your local data and cache for Logos. Then try signing back in and downloading the NASB.

    Thanks,

How do we go about doing that? I'm still new to Android...

Android 2.3 on HTC Incredible 2 phone...

    Thanks,

It does vary based on OS version and Phone carrier/manufacturer. Generally, you'd select Settings  > Applications > Manage Applications > Logos. You'll see a number of options, one of which is "Clear Cache".

Thanks, Hunter... found it. I'd previously found the option to clear local data, but somehow I overlooked the clear cache button at bottom of same screen.

    Many thanks.... it's humming, now.
