SBL Greek New Testament download

I can access the SBL Greek NT from my Android, but I can't download it.  Is this supposed to be this way?

    Try deleting your cache and then restarting the app. Generally this is due to a licensing issue.

    If that doesn't work, try deleting your local data (note that you'll have to re-download all of the books you have currently downloaded) and restarting the app.

    Deleting the cache didn't do it, but deleting local data did take care of it.  Just have to download again. This is the second time I have had to do this.  It looks like, from the descriptions, that beta 11 did some work on this issue:
