Copy Bible Verse Style & Layouts

I love to use various layouts for the different foci of my studying.  If I am preparing a message I use one layout.  If I am writing an academic paper I use a different layout.  And so forth.  I'm sure this is pretty standard operating procedure for most users.

The problem is that I have a different "Copy Bible Verse Style" preference for each of these layouts.  I have one set-up to paste verses into a sermon outline that takes advantage of all of the MS Word styles and just makes it fit perfectly.  I use a different style when writing a paper.

So here is my question:  Why isn't the "Copy Bible Verse Style" saved with the layout?  I would like to change the layout and have the style change to.  There is probably a reason for this, but I can't think of what it would be.
