Hey all,
Am I old school-ish, yes. I like PowerPoint and I like the reliability of my hard drive over the web. However I'm willing to flex on each (to varying degrees). I will say that I have reservations with the web-enabled/web-based nature and as they relate to how I present in a live environment.
I wonder if the 'client' is fully 'web based' or if it is a more 'web enabled' smart client approach. This said, if my internet connection goes down - will I be able to continue to present the suite of items I'd selected (music/slides) just without interactive connections such as congregant participation in polls (this is an assumption) and my ability to control via iDevice?
Further, I'd love to know MORE about the depth of integration with iDevices in addition to knowing more about if this presentation software supposes to 'replace' power-point or integrate my slides into it's environment for further revision by a collaborative effort/group.
Also, our Church's budget is endless and ever reaching, however, I remain VERY interested in cost.
Grace and peace,
John Weathersby
