How do I report a link to a wrong verse in ISBE?

In the ISBE, Volume 1, Page 603, where it says:
...2 Peter assumes a familiar, and perhaps considerable (cf. 3:16, "all")...
The "3:16" links to Colossians 3:16 instead of 2 Peter 3:16. Do I report that through the regular "report typo"? Or is there another method for links?

Use the report typo and include the pertinent note in the comments section about where the link should point.
