Crash after startup

When I got home from work today I booted up my computer and then started Logos. 5 seconds or so into the loading of Logos I got the blue screen and a hard computer crash. Ever since rebooting my comp I cant get Logos to start up. Logos runs for about 5-7 seconds then it gives me "Logos has stopped responding" message and closes.
I have gone through all the suggestions on this site to include booting with control to blank layout. I have deleted layout, index, bible index etc. etc.
Any suggestions would be great.

It looks like your metadata database is corrupt
Delete this file C:\Users\Jason\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\mzcbzwr2.r1j\Updates\Metadata.db and restart L4.
Don't permanently delete it as you can recover it from the Recycle Bin if this does not work. Make sure you can view Hidden Files and folders (in Control Panel | Folder Options).

Thanks for the reply Dave,
I just tried deleting the metadata folder to no avail.
The problem persists.

You might try chkdsk C: in a Command Prompt to ensure there is no HD issue (or use the right click Properties | Tools menu from Explorer).
Otherwise re-install using Method 3 as follows:-
- delete any PB files from Resources folder (*.lbspbb)
- backup the Resources folder
- uninstall Logos 4 from Control Panel
- Remove the \Logos4 folder
- Install as per Method 3
