Printing highlighted resource text
I want to be able to print text with the highlighting showing on the printed sheets. Can that be done? How?

I am not a windows user, so someone else will have to chime in. However, it might be helpful to know more about your question. Are you looking to print directly from Logos? On the Mac version, I am able to save part of a resource as a PDF and print from there. Highlighting marks are included. See screen shot below. To do this, click on the resources book cover (upper left hand corner of palate), and navigate down to "print/export."

it works just the same in Windows. I happened to have "Gospel-Centered Ministry" open. Print dialog:
changed Printer to FreePDF to show you, hit "Print". Here's how the PDF looks like:

When I select Print/Export that window opens and the preview does not show the highlighting. When I print as a Word or a PDF the highlighting does not show. How do I get the highlighting to show in the print/export window and then to print it?

I discovered my error. Although m,y window showed the highlighted verses, the reference in the locator was on a different verse and the highlighting did not show. One I got the verse in the locator to agree with the verses highlighted, it appeared in the print window and printed. Thanks

If it doesn't show up in the "Print/Export" dialogue box, it will not print in Word or PDF. If you don't start with it, you won't end with it.

Is the highlighting showing up in the resource? Are you using a highlighter? What kind? Can you give us a screen shot?

Larry,
how do you "print as a Word"? You may copy text into Word - then the highlighting is not carried over. I printed with the big "Print"-button (in my screenshot it shows my Brother printer, I changed it to FreePDF).
But maybe the problem is the highlighting itself, as you say you can't see it in the preview. Maybe it's the highlighting itself: I am using highlighter pens, they work with a single key typed (by the way, the nice & bright looking orange is the result of applying the weak yellow plus the dull-reddish orange to the same text)
I have no experience with the "highlighting" produced by visual filters (such as can be seen when KS4J posts a screenshot of his very colorful bible texts) - what kind of highlight do you want to print?
Maybe you are need to go to a page with highlighted text or select a highlighted portion to see it in the preview - could you post screenshots of a highlighted portion in a resource and the non-highlighted print/export window?
