Vocabulary List - Add commands are grayed out - what am I doing wrong??

I use Libronix 3 and have the Original Languages module.  This is my first attempt to create a vocabulary list.  I got as far as creating and naming the file, but when I click on "Add" all the the options underneath it (Bible Passage / Word List / Section /  Entry) are grayed out and can't be clicked.  What am I doing wrong?
