Drag & Drop Prioritization

I've done a search of the forums and turned up one question on a related topic but no answers.

Is there any easy way to prioritize a selection of books in one go? I have quite a few commentaries (200+) that I'd like to prioritize in the hope that they'll show at the top of the commentary list for any particular bible book in the Passage Guide.

Does anyone know whether this is possible? Thankyou!

Adrian,

Commentary series can be prioritized as a series... just right click and select "prioritize this series"

Other than that, individual titles need to be added one by one.

I would filter down my list of commentaries, then create a tag for that commentary set. Now, set your search to look under that special tag you created. For instance, I created an "Opening Up" tag so that my search will look only in the "Opening Up" (the name of the commentary series) tagged commentaries. Works like a CHARM.

Damian, thanks for the tip - all the desired commentaries are now prioritized.

It would seem that a standard answer of "have you right-clicked?" would solve 95% of my problems. [:)]

I don't know all your problems - but I know that i have a few which right-clicking won't solve....

On topic, many of our "problems" with using 4.0 can be solved in one fashion or another... All you have to do is ask...
