BUG: Old Bug with high download percentage is back!

I upgraded our daughter's Logos from Silver to Gold, and when it downloaded the updated resources, the bug has reappeared where the percentage completed goes very high and never stops. Note this is on the latest SR-4 release of 4.3:
It also crashed, I only have the crash log of the indexer not any full logs (I closed out Logos, restarted it, then not sure what I did next whether I hit cancel on the download, or did "Update Resources").
