Book Builder - Luther's Table Talk

First off... I'm not trying to circumvent purchasing something, so if I am asking about making a resource I should be purchasing, please point me to the right page and I will do it the way I should. But I don't think that is the case.
I have the txt copy of Luther's Table Talk (in the public domain) that is available from a number of places online. I am about to go through and add headings and formatting to build it into a book.
So my question is, has anyone already done this and would like to share , or is this resource inside some other resource available through Logos and I just haven't seen it?
Thanks, Noel

It's available in the Luther's Works CD, which, for some reason, is no longer sold on the Logos website. It is still available from other vendors--do a Google search for "luther's works on cd" to find them.

Noel,
Table Talk is Vol. 54 of the American Edition of Luther's Works. Check with Concordia Publishing House. There is a discount for Lutheran Pastors and perhaps for others as well.

Here's a link to the collection at Concordia Publishing House who produced it... occasionally you can find it on sale in their catalogs, I've seen it for $150 before... it has all 56 volumes of Luther's Works published by Augsburg Fortress and CPH published in conjunction.
