Can I upgrade to my pc which my current logos/libronex is on and also to my apple lap top and ipad?

The answer to your question is yes!
Logos sells each user one license to be used on any platform Logos can cover for that user. I currently have Logos on my Android phone, iPad, iPod touch, MacBook Pro, and iMac. It makes it very convenient. It all upgrades together, and each new resource I purchase is accessible on all my platforms. (There is a slightly smaller resource availability from the desktop/laptop to mobile devices like phones and tablets due to Logos' licensing contract with various publishers. Last time I checked I had 95%+ of my total library available on my mobile devices. Some are as low as ~ 80% depending on certain resource collections they own such as the Discipleship Journal and Be Series Commentaries)
