Download vs DVD Logos 4 for Alpha version

This might be answered somewhere, but would it be better for me to order the DVD or download Logos 4 with my Mac. Didn't know if it would make a difference.

I have Logos 1.2.2 on my Mac and would like to be better equipped with the newer version so would like to work with the alpha version.

Thanks! Ive been reading around and I've already downloaded the Alpha version. It's running, but I don't think it ever indexed my library. I don't know if I've done something wrong. There are items in the library, but not with my items. I logged in with my ID for the logos website, but it didn't ask for my customer ID. Was I incorrect with this?

Thanks. Please direct me to the correct forum if I am in the wrong. I've found several places where Mac alpha out here.

My logos web site user id worked perfectly for me. Indexing takes a VEEEEEEEEERY long time, it took 2 days for mine to finish so it may have started and just not finished. Patience is THE virtue for the indexing in Logos 4.
