Perhaps "Phi" is ambiguous. Maybe the parser isn't robust enough to differentiate between Phillippians and Philemon.
Try using a different abbreviation: Php for Philippians and Phm for Philemon
Well that did it. Too bad, I wish it was more robust... I usually use "Phi" for Philippians and thought it was standard...
