Adding Reftagger to Ning site

I've looked on this forum for specific instructions for how to add Reftagger to Ning site so that any scripture reference on any page will be highlighted & tagged. There are no such instructions available. Has anyone done it on their own Ning site? Does it work? Will you give me step-by-step instructions please? Thanks in advance.
