Question about Synching Library Changes

I've added a tag to most books in my library, and also changed the star rating of most of them.  There are 962 resources in my library. I did this last night, and made sure Logos 4 (for Windows) synchs to the cloud.  

As of now (24 hours later), I've still not seen those changes synch'ed to my iPad Logos app.  I've tried closing and reopening the iPad app.  Am I missing a step?

Do these changes (ratings, tags) take that long to synch to the iPad app?

Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the sync features with the mobile app don't really work very well at all right now. Logos is in the process of bringing out sync v2, which will be released with 4.5. This is supposed to go into beta within "a couple of weeks."
