Logos 4 Help...

I am in the process of reinstalling Logos (no problem there) but as I just upgraded from Gold to Platinum, I just got a bunch of rescources (plus the Pegasus collection is expected within a few weeks!) and I am in the indexing phase, yet when I restarted my computer (to be more precise shut it off before I went to sleep!), and restarted the indexing process, the little icon in the bar did not appear. I open up Logos and it says that it is in indexing. What is going on?

On my machine XP what you describe is normal behavior - the icon in the tray appears only in a download and remains until the downloaded resources are indexed or I shut Logos down.

Check what processes are running on your computer. Hit CTRL-SHIFT-ESC and go to the Processes tab and look for Logos4Indexer. If it is there you are indexing. Since I generally leave my computer on while it is indexing (even overnight) I have not seen this behavior.
