Logos 4 updates

I am busy downloading updates for Logos 4. Every time I open Logos 4 it wants to do a 44 MB update.

44 MB sounds suspicious because it is the same size each time, and I think it is the same update.

I also can't upgrade beyond Logos 4.3 SR-3. Therefore, I can't receive SR-4.

Please could you help me to get my updates complete, and to receive Logos 4.3 SR-4.

Initial thoughts:

With that size of update it appears to BE the SR-4.

Is there a chance your"download manager" or "update manger" databases have become corrupted?

Someone here might have instructions on how to "clean them up"?

Sometimes Logos also has "pre-requisite" problems related to updates.

You havn't by chance started an update with "administrator" rights have you?

That WILL mess up further updates.

Thank you. I used your link and I upgraged to SR-5. A further update was completed successfully.
