Hi everyone,
I got Logos 4 running today after my problems of yesterday (see previous post under "Logos 4 won't start...already tried the FAQ procedure"). I installed the Windows 7 service pack that was recommended and then tried opening L4 and it worked.
However, Windows went into the "basic color mode" when I opened Logos, saying that this program was incompatible. Can anyone tell me why this would happen? Logos is indexing now, all my books appear to be there and the program seems to be working (although I haven't done much yet), but why this weird color scheme?
Yesterday Mike at Logos Support said my reinstall was missing the mscorlib.dll file, even though he found it on my computer. Then, however, Logos would not even open. With the Windows updates today, I'm assuming it found it which allowed Logos to run. But could that still be the problem that is causing the incompatibility? How can I fix this incompatibility?
Thanks for any advice...you are all so much appreciated!
