Gee thanks [:p] [;)]
I don't suppose that either one of you has ISBE and an iOS device so that you can check and see if it is just me that has this issue?

have you intalled a keyboard enhancement/app that gived you emoicons, if so maybe that character is one of the ones used in the packages..

I've got the Emoji keyboard enabled, yes...but why would Logos be drawing from there? Do I need to enable another keyboard for it to draw from the correct place?

I'm sorry Ron, I should have mentioned that I don't have the ISBE.
No problem, I was just giving you a hard time [;)]

it could be the emoji unicode is mapped wrong, see if disabling it fixes it.. if so you have your solution, and can report it to emoji

Hmmm...nope, I deleted the Emoji keyboard and it still displays the same way. Also, I've NEVER had the Emoji keyboard enabled on the iPad, but it displays there as well.

I am able to reproduce the issue in the Revised ISBE and will report it accordingly.
In the same spots on the desktop app, there are some suspicious extra spaces, and on the Android device I'm using there are incorrect characters in those locations as well. So it looks like an issue with the resource and not the particular platform. You just get the most interesting variation on iOS devices. [;)]
