Is there a good way to report typos in the table of contents panel? The typo isn't in the text of the book.

Todd - What's the big deal? I don't think typos in the TOC are very Improtant to worry about! [:)]
I've been running into a number of TOC errors recently. I've just highlighted the text and reported that the TOC doesn't match.
