Is it possible to move more than one resource at a time to hidden resources?

Hi Chuck, unfortunately at this time this is not possible. There have been a lot of requests for the capability here lately though, especially since the Perseus releases.

There's a uservoice request that has a comment that I added recently to do the same when copying multiple resources from the library into a collection.

YES, as of 8/30/12 and Logos version 4.6 - you could hide more than one resources at a time. I've got this from admin:
[[In 4.6 you will be able to
hide multiple resources by selecting them in the Library, right click
while holding down Ctrl (on Windows) or Option (on Mac), then choose
“Hide these resources”.There is no multiple unhide feature in 4.6.]]

After I select all the resource I want to hide and press "option + right-click" the selection resets to whatever my mouse clicked. Suggestions?

Are you using Logos 4 or Logos 5? If Logos 5 from this point on post in the Logos 5 forum. If Logos 4 for the Mac you should post in the Logos 4 Mac forum.
I am currently running L5 on a PC and cannot reproduce the problem you are having.
Again, if this is the wrong forum, please start a new thread in the correct forum and more of the right people will see it.
