Will there be something like a tab for downloaded resources and another for other?  I have way too many resources to have to serach throught the entire list for those 7-10 I have downloaded just to get to them each time.  I now shift to Airplane mode so that the phone shuts off the non downloaded resources.  I also like the audio provided by the YouVersion as is much easier to access quickly with easier to read fonts.

One other way, without going to Flight (offline) mode, is to use History, accessible from the menu. You can manage the size of History by long pressing a title and choosing Delete.

There will be better filtering of Library resources, but can't say when. This is one of the requested items, though.
