A2 Wont remember settings

When I open L4, it always opens in a small window

I enlarge it to fill my screen, but every time I shut down and restart, it opens up small again.  I hope this can get fixed in an upcoming release.  Thanks.

I don't think they are turned on yet.  Settings tab brings up a blank page.
