Is there a way to remove some books from Library? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can hide books via the Program Settings found in the Tools menu. Please visit this wiki page to show you how (Hiding Books)
But please note that you will have to drag One at a Time to the Hidden items. Then after you have added all the books that you want hidden, you will need to close the Logos4 program and then reopen it for this to take effect.
