L4 not working after resource update.

I Just downloaded the resource Beowulf. When the program restarted, opened up tp a blank screen. There are no ítems in the drop-down menú and I cannor open any of my resources.

I also tried reinstalling the lates versión of L4, but it came up with the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Would like to look at diagnostic logs.

Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac includes link to 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip (display logging setting, then optionally change); also links to Logos Log Scribe (create zip file of Logging folder with copy of console messages)

Other option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact With your permission, Logos can connect with desktop sharing.

Indexer.log file shows logging is not enabled so not know if indexing has any issues.

Logos4.log file shows Spanish interface being used. Noticed "Searching for all records matching: rating:=1 OR rating:=2" in library is followed by an error: "Invalid image data" and crash. Suspect Home Page generation has a problem.

Wonder about launching Logos 4 Mac, then quickly press and hold command key until login dialog box appears, release command key, check use a blank layout, then login.

To verify Home Page has crash, click Home icon. If crash (again), please compress Logging folder and attach so Logos developers can investigate. Also could email Logos Mac Support with reference to this thread => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

From blank layout, have option to open many items in Logos 4.

Crash of 4.3 SR-5 on OS X Lion looks familiar:

By the way, noticed last line of Logos4.log file has a different error.

Logos 4 Mac is encountering Invalid image data while generating home page.

Workaround is avoiding home page: launch Logos 4 Mac, then quickly press and hold command key until login dialog box appears, release command key, check use a blank layout, then login.

Recommend email to Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact with reference to this thread.

Note: with your permission, Logos can connect with desktop sharing to see Logos 4 Mac crash.

Apologies: personally puzzled by invalid image data error (plus curious about Logos Mac Support fix).

Thank you for the e-mail. I deleted the library catalog folder. L$ does not open. I restarted the computer and L4 started to índex. After indexing, I restarted ther program, but it crashed again. This is the new Log file. 06355.Logging.zip
