I've notice when you try to move a note, attached to a highlight, up or down the order in your note file performance is very slow, essentially everything locks up and you getting the windows spinning wheel while the software completes the task

I've notice when you try to move a note, attached to a highlight, up or down the order in your note file performance is very slow
It seems to me that I take a noticeable hit on all highlight and note actions. Logically, I'm having problems seeing why. Highlights are now a subset of Notes by Selection. In terms of behavior they differ primarily in the text marker. That shouldn't cause big performance hit.
