iTouch Reading Plan No Longer Displays
I have Logos 4 on my PC and iTouch. I had setup an NLT Reading Plan and been reading on my iTouch. After my recent package upgrade the iTouch no longer retrieves my NLT reading plan but just the default One Year Reading plan. This has been going on for over 3 weeks.
The reading plan is just fine on my desktop but now missing on my iTouch. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no effect. I've emailed and called support with no luck. I'm told it's a sync issue and to wait 1-2 weeks for it to sort out. That was over 3 weeks ago.
I am also a person who travels extensively and I rely heavily upon my mobile app. I'm very disappointed in the lack of straight answers on the issue.
Any advise is welcome.

Jeff - First welcome to the forums! Sorry it's because you are having troubles. Unfortunately the mobile apps are suffering from sync related issues and there is no fix for it. Logos is working on 4.5 (which is in beta right now). Once 4.5 goes live, it will bring a new sync infrastructure to both the desktop and mobile apps. This should fix the sync issues, as well as bring highlighting and notes to the mobile app.
