BUG: IPHONE saving to favorites problem

I've written about this before and was hoping updating to IOS 5 yesterday would solve the problem.

After I finish reading in a book for awhile, I want to swipe up and save/bookmark my location for that book in the Favorites since I usually have 3-4 books I am reading.

The problem:  The swiping up may take 1-15 times to show the saved/bookmark in the Favorites list...then it will finally show up 1-15 times in the list and requires deleting a bunch out...

Why doesn't this work on the first time swipe?....THIS IS ON IPHONE...I AM NOT WRITING ABOUT IPAD....

    This is typical of a slow network connection or high server load. The newly added favorite isn't processed before the list of favorites is received. Just add the favorite once, not 15 times. It may take a few seconds for the server to process the new favorite. I realize this isn't ideal, which is why we are making significant changes to favorites in an upcoming version.

    I hope when I swipe once and bring up another book, I don't loose the bookmark from the first book I swiped.
