Bought the commentary and it never showed on my library. I restarted logos with no success. Please help....
Joshua - FIrst welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles. When did you purchase this? Did you order it online through logos? Have you verified that the transaction went through? I have included a link below for you to check your order status.

Joshua - Have you tried the command "update now" or "update resources"?
Also, have you tried to see if you can access the resource through biblia.com? That is one way to verify that the license has been applied to your account.
I am trying the update now...a box in the lower part of my screen says updates found and being automatically applied but nothing has happened yet...I can check the biblia.com....thanks...let me see if this works
Nothing is downloading...though it says updates found and auto uploaded...biblia.com was a deadend...I am not sure what to do there
The box in the lower part of your screen is a good sign. It should automatically download your new resource. It will then need to index. Have you seen a blue logos icon up in the menu bar?
As for biblia.com - you will need to enter your account information. Biblia.com is a Logos website which allows you to view many (but not all) of your resources online. Very handy when you are out and about and want to check on something.
Yes, I see the icon at the top of my computer...it just disappeared but it has done this before and the boice commentary still is absent? Biblia sounds useful but I do not know my account info off hand...
I see a symbol for clock hands with a circle around it with an arrow? I no longer see the logos symbol...when i clicked on it, it said 7% then 3% then 7%

If it has disappeared, try restarting Logos and see if it reappears. It will need to download, then it will need to index.
Biblia sounds useful but I do not know my account info off hand...
This could be part of the problem. If you don't know your account info, you may have not used the right info when you purchased your book. You may have created a new account. In which case the resource will not be downloaded into your current account. To verify which account you are currently using, click on "About Logos Bible Software 4." See screen shot below:

Don't restart if the Logos icon is up in the menu bar. Otherwise, feel free to try it.

You are probably ok. You can CHECK HERE to see if you are using the same email address.
One more thing: If these things don't work for you, can you give me a screen shot of your library with how you are searching for your book?
You can upload the picture using the paperclip icon in the formatting pallet.

Joshua - I am running out of ideas tonight - Sorry! Another user is having a similar difficulty. I am wondering if Logos is having trouble with their servers tonight / this weekend. Perhaps sleeping on it will help. If it doesn't work tomorrow, you might need to give Logos a call during business hours. Personally I hate calling most customer "service" offices, but my calling experience with Logos has always been very good and quick.
