4.5 Beta 2: Passage Guide crashing even after rebuild index
I tried looking up Rev 21:22 in the passage guide and it kept crashing, so I decided to rebuild my index. Then today, I tried Mark 12:1 and it crashed again. This seems to happen whether I start from the home page or from the passage guide itself.
BTW, I forgot how to post my logs... can someone point me to the place where it describes how to do this?

Nothing seems to work with the passage guide. Shouldn't there be at least some minimal testing before releasing software, even if its only a beta? I realize there will be bugs, but it should be 'corner cases' not completely non-functional features.

Participating in Beta programs will be full of bugs. This is what you choose when you participate. As developers add new features and tweaks, it may cause unintended side effects... that is why there are beta testers! This is especially true at the beginning of beta testing, which is where Logos is in the process.

Wonder about enabling diagnostic logging using an applescript application => 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip ?
Apologies: unable to replicate using Logos 4.5 Beta 2 on Windows 7. Currently downloading Logos 4.5 Beta 2 for Mac; may be awhile before able to try replication (other things to do this afternoon and evening).
Appears early Logos 4.5 Beta releases are repeating early Logos 4.3 Beta buggy experience.
Looking back at => *IMPORTANT* Mac Beta Testing Information//Warnings (posted 7 Jun 2011), noticed: "IMPORTANT: Logos 4 Beta releases are beta software. They may corrupt your computer or delete your data. The Passage Guide, searching, or viewing books may stop working. We recommend installing Logos 4 betas only on a dedicated testing machine."
Logos 4.5 Beta development cycle includes changes to Notes and Highlighting (now combined). Passage Guide (and other tools) have places for Notes.
From previous use, have all sections in Passage Guide collapsed. Advantage for Beta testing: can expand one section at a time for crash isolation.

Ryan ~ I haven't been able to reproduce this crash with either passage you cite or any others. Could you provide a few more details? Have you changed any settings in Commentaries, for instance, or added any non-default sections, such as Collections, Lectionaries, or any of the Exegetical Guide sections? Can you reproduce the problem with logging enabled temporarily (or permanently) and provide logs so I can compare yours with Keep Smiling's?
