Learned Read Aloud starts at paragraph containing page number. If start of paragraph not displayed, scroll up can be inadequate. For example, positioned resource so page 114 was top line, then pressed cmd + R for Read Aloud, scroll up was done, but does not show on screen where Read Aloud starts reading:
