I'm trying to install Logos 4 on a new computer I just got. (HP EliteBook 2760p w/2.7GHz intel processor, 4 gigs RAM, windows 7 professional version 6.1.7600). It gets about halfway through the initial resource download (which in my case is over 8 gigs), then the indexer starts and promptly crashes. The download stops at that point too. Windows just gives a cryptic message that "Logos Bible Software 4 indexer has stopped working" and this is where it says to look for more info:
C:\Users\aualbu\AppData\Local\Temp\WER800D.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml
C:\Users\aualbu\AppData\Local\Temp\WER9765.tmp.mdmp
I can't remember where to look for the files Logos 4 writes when it crashes. I tried uninstalling, deleting everything, cleansing the registry of any and all references to Logos4, and starting over; the same thing happened again. What next?
