I am trying to find out if reftagger can perform within Logos software ie, Writing in notes can you insert a tag by this means?

Reftagger only works on websites, not within the Logos program itself.

Are you just trying to get Scripture refs tagged in your Logos notes? This *should* happen automatically, though I notice that in my Mac version, it isn't happening. I haven't paid attention to this in the past so I'm not sure if it's a new bug, an old bug, or just something I'm misunderstanding.
